OUTSTANDING repairs with exceptional customer service. Picked up my car today and I’m so happy with the job they did. But the personalized service that James provided was above and beyond expectations. He took his time to answer all my questions even when I called back with more. This unfortunately was not the 1st time I needed repairs but it was definitely the best experience.

They canceled it because they could not handle a Volkswagen Jetta. I had an appointment and they canceled it. What kind of company cancels appointments before they even look at the car? I can't believe they have multiple locations and they cancel appointments before they even look at my car. Maybe they are saving me a headache when they tell me they can't work on my car.
View on GoogleI was unfortunately the victim of a hit and run in a parking lot which resulted in a good deal of damage to my 2023 Rivian R1S. My initial interaction with the Graham Collision EV Center in Clive was extremely positive when they gave their estimate. An employee unfortunately made an administrative error, which resulted in a delay in my vehicle being fixed, but the Graham Collision management and ownership went out of its way to make this situation right in a reasonable and appropriate way and made up for this delay by expediting all work moving forward to the greatest extent possible. All staff members were extremely professional and responsive when I had questions. When I picked up my vehicle it literally looked like it was brand new and I got additional comfort by the warranty that Graham Collision puts on their work. We are all human and employees are going to make mistakes from time to time. The key to running a great business is to put the customer first, admit when mistakes are made, and appropriately make things right. Graham Collision did this at every turn. If I ever have collision work needed in the future, I will return to Graham Collision without hesitation and encourage others to do the same. Well done!

Cody went in on a Sunday to start my estimate and was super communicative throughout the entire process. They completed the job way faster than I anticipated and to top it off my car was returned incredibly clean. My car looks great and is operating perfectly. Thank you so much!
