My girlfriend purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Ferg’s Garage after being told the vehicle had no known issues and that approximately $2,000 worth of repairs had recently been completed. Before purchasing, she repeatedly asked whether the car had any problems and was assured it did not. Shortly after the sale, the vehicle began leaking oil and producing smoke. We reached out to Ferguson because he had stated that if any issues came up, he could get the car in quickly. Unfortunately, our messages have gone unanswered despite multiple attempts to contact him. The most disappointing part is the lack of communication after the sale. If known issues existed, we would have appreciated transparency before purchasing. Instead, we feel like the support and responsiveness promised during the sale disappeared once the transaction was completed. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Ferg’s Garage and would encourage potential buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.

View on GoogleThe atmosphere was excellent from the minute I walked in. I was greeted with a silk coat and moccasins of the finest leather. Along with the dead animal carcasses turned to into clothing items, I was given a warm a warm plate of cookies from someone who resembles Mrs. Buttwersworth. I experienced fast and friendly service along with a lifetime of memories. 10/10
