I had a great experience at Christian Brothers Automotive in Clive. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain everything before any work was done. They kept me updated throughout the process, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can really trust, but this team made the experience stress-free and straightforward. I appreciated their transparency, clean facility, and attention to detail. I am updating my review as the owner worked with me and made things right while also providing me service that would have been needed on my vehicle in the fall. It sounds like the original individual who worked with me is no longer with the company and I think much of my experience stemmed from them. I am grateful for the guest recovery and the time taken. I drive a humble vehicle and live a humble life so it felt good to know my experience mattered to them. I had an issue with the car turning off randomly. I was able to drop the car off on a Thursday and while they said they couldn't get to it that day but ended up looking at it anyway and looked at it again Friday. While they could only repeat the scenario once, they offered to continue to look at the car so I left it over the weekend. Come Monday, they still had no diagnosis for my issue but had others to tell me about via their diagnostic work and gave me the car back after I paid the diagnostic fee. By that coming Friday, my car needed towed and it was determined I needed a new fuel pump. While the customer service is great, they kept harking back to a lack of a code. It was disappointing as I did ask via text (their preferred method of communication) for a refund once I was towed elsewhere within the same week but never heard back. Thanks for your time.

Brad helped us out and did a great job. He walked us through everything that was wrong, when it was quoted above my budget he helped us work out what was necessary to do right now and make a plan to get the rest fixed to get back on the road in a budget that fit us. They were also very quick and accommodating they real did a great job.
