Valerie was amazing and talked to me about the best options for me without being pushy. She seemed committed to actually assisting me with my needs for my vehicle and not just as a sale. I appreciated that greatly. The GM was there and was prompt in notifying me of the work that was being done. It was a very pleasant experience!
View on GooglePulled up this morning with my tire low and asked the gentleman Rod, who actually turned out to be the manager, what it would cost to air it up. He told me he would not charge me and he would check all of them, not just the one that’s low. Amazing customer service and I love that they clearly value their customers. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Will definitely be back when it’s time to get new tires or time to rotate.

Nonetheless, we gave them over 1000.00 in tires and oil change for our daughter’s car. The woman working was quite friendly and helpful. So, decided to shell out another 1500.00 on tires for my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Right off the bat the alignment was BAD and they messed up my 4 Wheel Drive. Took it back and they made the alignment better and supposedly fixed the 4 Wheel Drive. Nope! It was still messed up! Went to fix again and in March gave them more money for an oil change. Really thought this would be our new home for services. The 4WD still was messed up. I live a busy life parenting 10 kids with 8 at home. I’m like, I’ll just have them look again when I go back and shell out MORE money for another oil change and tire rotation. That was supposed to be today, 10/19/2025. Got there the man behind the counter said he’d take my money for an oils change and tire rotation, but they would not fix the damage to the 4WD they had done because it’s been 10 months! No sir, it has not. You all may not be documenting everything you do, because you were supposed to fix it on 03/25/2025. I’ve included the picture of the sticker to prove I was there. Please do the research and don’t give business to a company that will do shotty work and refuse to fix it. There are better places out there!!!

I called asking a price of a tire patch and didn’t say anything about coming in today and the lady goes “if we have time” very rudely. Like no. I asked for a price. You’re gonna drive people away with that kind of service. Very poor!
