Took my vehicle to shade tree. This is the second time I've done business with them. Needed to get my exhaust looked at and they also did a total inspection of my car! Let me know a few things that I should be concerned about and only did what I asked them to do! The prices are very reasonable and the time and care they took to make sure I was taken care of was greatly appreciated! I was worried because I have a breathalyzer on my car but they were very accommodating and were able to help me completely! They even gave me a rubber ducky on a tire that they had on their countertop because I told them I like ducks! These guys are great. They can do anything you need done to your car and they are reasonable and will give you an estimate and quote first before they try to do anything! I highly suggest them!

I called Shade Tree at 9am asking if there would be any chance I could get new tires installed same day. They got me in at 3pm the very same day after I sent in a photo of what size tires I needed. They gave me three price options so I could choose how much I was willing to spend on my new tires. The men that work there are all friendly and helpful. The facility is beyond nice and the bathroom was stocked with everything you could possibly need! As a woman, it feels like a safe space where I’m not being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge when it comes to car stuff! Oh, and I got to use a loaner car to run an errand! I will be back!

They also had great follow-up care for the minor adjustments that go along with such a big job. Since this is about the biggest job I can think of, I’d recommend them for anything large or small.
