The experience was good at first, but has been getting increasingly worse. Last oil change took 1.5 hours. This oil change took 3 hours. No service technician even bothered talking to my husband when the vehicle was done. My husband noticed the vehicle was done, asked the receptionist, paid, and left. All appointments have been scheduled in advance. Scheduled oil changes shouldn't take 3 hours- especially when we drive 3 hours round trip for the service, so we can maintain our warranty. What a racket!

We also have Karl served our trucks .. My loan officer John was very professional and explain all the products you offer. They need to change the title of the Express Lube to something that more accurately reflects how sluggish the service is. I arrived and waited outside for 15 minutes before one of the service advisors noticed me and immediately she acted like my presence was an inconvenience. The vehicle I am driving is a fleet vehicle purchased from Karl. We exclusively use Karl for all of the local vehicles. There was a single car in the bay and I was quoted a hour and a half wait time. To me, this seems ridiculous, because there are these newly installed banners that shout “40 Minute Certified Service.” The banners don’t seem to align with the product being provided. I appreciate doing things the “right way” but I feel like everything about the Express Lube is done to draw out the length of time to get service. If I were managing this shop, I would give all the team members free coffee and energy drinks because all of them seem lethargic and lacking motivation. Customers should be made to felt like a priority and their precious time should not be wasted. I’ve purchased two vehicles from Karl in two years time. I am seriously considering looking elsewhere in the future because I feel like the post purchase support is lacking. Long and short: Karl, do better or change the name from Express to something more fitting like Glacial-Paced. I hope this helps.

We use Karl’s for all repairs and maintenance for all our vehicles. We do our trade-ins there as well since they go out of their way to help. Anytime I called, they were friendly and helpful. The staff we have worked with are very knowledgeable and friendly.
