Service Manager was extremely kind and professional. Did not try to upsale me. However, he did point out things that needed to taken care if in addition to my oil change. They were extremely fast. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! I'll be back.
View on GoogleI wouldn't recommend taking your car here for service. The service techs don't do their job and Lie about it. There policy is to check all fluids, and notify the customer of any low level fluids. Instead they don't check the fluids and tell you that your fluids levels a great. This leading to damage to your car unless you double check their work before leaving. The franchise that operates this location claims they are not at fault for any damages to my vehicle due to their employees not following procedures correctly and deliberately lying to customers. Even the a time GM says that most the employees will be let go when the new GM takes over due to not following procedures. But ofcource the district manager claims that their guys are not at fault. Even their own acting manager stated to me that one of their guys follow protocal and most will be fired when the new GM takes over. Figures, ZERO STARS, DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICAL TO THIS JIFFY LUBE. I WILL BE FILEING A LAWSUIT'S.
View on GoogleAll staff were very courteous and efficient. It was my first time there and dates explain things very well. Even shared me my filters so I could see that they needed replaced. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Will recommend you everyone.
View on GoogleIf I could leave negative stars I would. Buyer Beware, they do not warranty their own parts. They replaced my alternator a few years ago (7/17/22) and it needed replaced again. The technician told me a new alternator should last the life of my vehicle. I was consistently heckled by another technician that I never bought an alternator from them. I have receipts. I had to pay again for this part. The place where they are getting the part - AutoZone- Has lifetime warranty on this part. Also, they needed to replace a battery they installed 3 months ago. I'm told it was done even though I have no proof (a receipt) that they did it. My car wouldn't start when I went to pick it up. They had to jump start it. I was told that if I left without my car getting fixed by them, that it would start on fire. This should tell you everything you need to know to know to stay away.
View on GoogleWent for a tire rotation, tires were installed wrong and caused my steering wheel to shake aggressively. Went back and they fixed that issue, but now I have all kinds of check engine lights on for “AVS, Trailer Stability, and SH-AWD” which I did not have on before my tire rotation. The mechanic did inform me I was low on oil and filled that up for me which was appreciated, but I left with more problems then I had going in. Frustrating.
