Came in just expecting to get a tire patched and Frank offered to do more for my car like a rotation and balance! I love that he went above and beyond for me as a customer at ankeny fleet farm! Will return to store to see his face knowing I’m cared about as a customer! Thank you Frank!
View on GoogleI just had the BEST customer experience at the Fleet Farm location in Ankeny IA. I had a screw in my tire and originally took it into my dealer who quoted me over $1K in new tires and repairs, so my dad (who had been a longtime customer at FF) recommended I go to the store in Ankeny for a second opinion. I met Frank and Anthony. Anthony was my technician who assessed the screw damage, explained the tests he ran, explored lots of solutions, and let me make an informed decision. They had found tires to replace it and went to the warehouse to get them and put them on for me, all in under an hour or so. His kindness, patience, and knowledge made it such a great experience. Then Frank, the individual who checked me out offered up two free rotations by joining their free membership club AND wanted to make sure I have a safe out of town trip (which was happening the same day) and asked if I could bring it back through to make sure lug nuts are tight. We enjoyed a nice conversation. By the way, once said and done, this all cost me a fraction of what the dealer was going to charge. 10/10 would recommend this shop and the people there are 15/10 - GO HERE! I’m going to recommend Anthony, Frank, and Fleet Farm to everyone I know. This is my car place moving forward.

View on GoogleWe had a lawn mower tire that had gone flat due to Black Locust thorns. Jason, Anthony, and Frank helped out by putting a tube and slime in the tube. The tire has held up and not gone flat since. Thanks Auto Center, Jason, Anthony, and Frank for the help. Hands down the best service with the whole Auto Service Center! My mom has asked for my help with writing the review and was also very impressed with the service we received.
