We were on a road trip and get a nail in the tire and everywhere else told us it will be 3 hours wait before they can take a look. FastTire got us in right away and take only 20min to patch the tire. They r quick and efficient as what we needed at the time!!!
View on GoogleWent in on July 5th, thankfully they were open. Needed a tire replaced, they said it may take 30-40 min and quoted me over the phone. I got there and was in and out in 10 minutes for $25 less than quoted. Guys were rockstars. I appreciate it.

I was with my three youngest kids and a 10-week old puppy, but the manager encouraged me to come anyway and didn't have a problem with us waiting in the lobby with our puppy. They got me in right away and were very thorough. They automatically completed a safety checklist for the entire car, added air to my spare tire, and provided various options to resolve our tire issue. They literally went above and beyond to provide excellent, individualized service. I was very impressed and thankful for their service .
View on GoogleWhen I called in and spoke with a gal named Abi, she quoted me a price and I scheduled an appointment when I got there. They did the work although I sat there for an hour and a half and they were trying to charge me double The amount I was quoted. Luckily the manager Catherine did honor the price quoted and I appreciate it that they should not be quoting prices if they’re not familiar with the types of car, I had a 2018 Chevy equinox not some fancy car just a typical SUV.. I was very impressed with Catherine. I had heard her on a telephone call when I first got there and she handled a customer in a very professional way. I will May return as I said I was satisfied with the service.

My truck broke down out of town, and they made it incredibly easy to schedule a next-day appointment and arrange for it to be towed in. Throughout the entire process, I was kept well informed and appreciated their clear communication. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, they were not able to resolve the issue my truck was experiencing. Even so, they were honest and direct about the situation and were extremely fair and generous with the bill. Their professionalism and integrity truly stood out. If I ever need auto work done in Ankeny, I will not hesitate to bring my business to Fast Tire.
