100% come and check out Cristian Brothers automotive, super helpful very thorough with the explanation on the services provided for my car. I got an oil change and air quality inspection. Their inspections are flawless they give you a detailed report with pictures and information on what needs done and they categorize it into really good things risky things and severe things. Super communication and kindness focused. Let me know when everything was gonna be ready and was on time when I came to pick up my car

The ease of doing business was great. They have an after hours drop off and options to review findings via email. We could also review and approve work according to our budget. There is a shuttle available as well but we didn't use it. I didn't see an option to pay online when the work was done. The technicians were otherwise polite and courteous. Photos were provided for reference for all of the suggested repairs. I appreciated the transparency and communication.

Took my wife’s car there 2.5 years ago for battery and auxiliary battery replacements. We saw some issues that the auxiliary battery was failing (same issues that led to more battery issues 2.5 years ago causing the full replacement of both). They covered it and the inspection all on the house because they were still under warranty and didn’t want us to keep fighting these potential issues. This morning my wife got in her car to go to work and all error messaging is gone and they took good care of us. Taking good care of your customers like that is a reason we’ll continue to come back!

So far, so good. They're running diagnostic today. That cost is around $180. That's reasonable to me. I called for appointment and a human actually answered the phone which I greatly appreciate. 3 other shops had recordings. I dropped car off. They gave me a ride home. They'll run diagnostic today and pick me up to get my car for weekend. I'll schedule repair once I know what it is and costs. Terrific service so far.
