Easy process and affordable. Didn't pressure me to get tires I didn't need...just wanted to help and replace the one we needed to replace so we could get home safely. Super professional, clean and relaxing environment and was able to get us in and out within an hour on a busy Saturday. They also filled our windshield fluid and no extra charge!
View on GoogleThe people at this store are awesome. Honest, kind, helpful. 4 stars solely because of the price of services - which I know is a corporate thing and not the fault of this store. They quoted my $800 to do my shocks and I found somewhere to do it for $600. HOWEVER, I understand that's the price you pay for immediate or ASAP service. The place that's doing it for 600 couldn't get me in for a few days where as big o was willing to do it right away. If I had the money to spare, I'd take it here.

He scheduled my appointment an hour away and I was back on the road in 30 minutes! He didn’t have the exact tire I needed but found a comparable one that was just as great and for an amazing price. I am so appreciative. I have nothing but nice things to say about Big O Tires. Truly amazed by their kindness, knowledge and customer service. I’m big on all 3 and I take my reviews seriously.

He knew we were not from the area and essentially would not be “selling” more business to us due us as we were just passing through, but still took the time to be super informative about his findings on the truck we recently purchased. He’s very knowledgeable and I felt that he wanted to explain things to us for our own benefit and not for his benefit in return. This kind of customer service can be hard to find at mechanic shops, I highly recommend coming here!!
