HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. A week after service we started experiencing a loud clunking noice coming from the tire that this guy “patched”. We looked and saw it was missing a bolt so called the owner to try to get him to look at it. Instead of kindness he showed aggression and defensiveness by yelling and insisting that there was no way possible they left off a bolt. I explained to him that he was the last to touch the tire but he was mean and did not want to hear that. If I bring you my business and tell you I’m having issues with something you worked on, why be so aggressive? I would suggest that people take their business elsewhere! Edit: Please take a look at his reply to my review. He proves my point of being aggressive and defensive. Take it how you may. 2nd Edit: I had AAA come out and they took my tire off. It revealed that the entire wheel stud is cross threaded which is a result of over-tightening. The entire wheel stud has to be replaced and because of the defect my wheel will not turn at all so I need a full-tow. This man is a joke! Please do not trust him with your tires.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! The negative reviews are very true. The manager/owner is unprofessional and has shady business practices. How are you going to YELL and SCREAM at a customer?! Went to see about getting a tire patched late night. The associate (who never once mentioned cost or fees) inspected the tire in question. They tried to charge $30 for a simple patch, which anybody would know is ridiculous. Declined the service, which is when the “owner” came over yelling about paying for their time to look at the tire (which took all of 30 seconds)….demanding $10! “People always say they’re coming back. Now I’m taking it out of his (the associate’s) pay” were his exact words amongst other things. The absolute nerve of this clown. I will NEVER come back here. You’d have to be a fool to ever go here! They need to be shut down.

We hit some debris on I 85 and these guys absolutely hands-down are the greatest. Less than one hour that came out change my tire brought it back mounted it on the side of the road in no time I was back on the road.!! 100%

I hadn't put any words on this 1 star review and didn't plan to until now because of the uninformed to said review. This business has responded negatively having no idea why I put a 1 star review. Literally having no idea who I am or when I came in. (Which was months ago). I'm guessing they assume I'm another customer that has an issue. Which is a problem within itself. They deserve the one star as they replaced my work van tires with incorrectly rated tires that blew out on me on the highway. All you had to do was match the numbers and letters on the tire. The price was never the issue. I even went back no complaints or anything just wanted to see if I can get them replaced with the correct tires. I was willing to pay full price since I understand that it is a USED tired shop. I work in the service industry so I try to cut people breaks even in my situation but, the guy that was there had an attitude with me and without even looking told me they didn't have the right tires. Lol the interaction in the reviews should tell you all you need to know. There are plenty of other tire shops on that stretch of Roosevelt Hwy to avoid this one unless it's an absolute emergency and you can't get anywhere else they really don't deserve the business.
