After a very disappointing experience the previous week, I returned for an oil change and was warmly greeted and professionally assisted by Tammy Roberson. Tammy was not only courteous and professional, but she also demonstrated true excellence in her service. She made the entire experience seamless and restored my confidence through her attentiveness and care. I also must commend and extend gratitude to Kanisha Gillespie who in the heat of the moment last week, took time to resolve the situation and demonstrated outstanding customer service. View on GoogleMy car (2022 K5) has been service here since I purchased it from this location back in Sep 2021. The customer service I have received has always been the best. My most recent visit was for the recall repair and regular maintenance. Miyah was extremely helpful through the process as there were parts I needed to replace that were still under warranty. Though I had to return another day since there was a part not yet available, she still made sure I was quickly taken care of upon my return. Customer service can be so simple when you treat people like people and she was a pleasure to interact with. I will be sure to seek out Miyah for my next visit, which I hope is not too soon.
