Precision Tune Auto Care

*This business damaged my car on 5/29/2026. I submitted a formal complaint (snippet below), during normal business hours, on 5/29/2026, and I am still pending response from Precision’s Customer Service and Corporate teams as of today. I will escalate my concerns outside of the organization if a timely response is not provided. Based on my experience thus far, I would not recommend this service provider for your auto needs. 5/29/2026 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally notify Precision Tune Auto Care of a serious incident that occurred at your Union City, Georgia location and to demand an immediate investigation into the circumstances surrounding the damage to my vehicle. On 5/29/2026, I brought my Cadillac ATS to your Union City location for a routine oil change. Upon arrival, my vehicle was operating normally and was not exhibiting any signs of an oil leak or smoke. After checking in, my vehicle was taken into the service area by one of your technicians. A short time later, the technician returned and informed me that the oil change could not be performed because the vehicle was leaking oil and smoking. I immediately disputed this characterization, as my vehicle was not leaking oil or smoking before arriving at your facility. In fact, my vehicle is routinely parked at my residence under continuous video surveillance, and I am in possession of extensive footage documenting its condition, including video recorded immediately before I departed for your business. The available evidence will demonstrate that the vehicle was not leaking oil or producing smoke prior to being placed in the care, custody, and control of your employees…

Taking advantage of customers. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. At that time, I was told that it was a purge valve that needed to be replaced. I paid over $400 for that repair. A couple of days later, the check engine light was on again. This time they said it was the gas cap and I needed to purchase one from the dealer. I purchased the $40 part and had them install it. A few days later the light was back on. This time they claimed the initial purge valve must have been faulty. They replaced it again. The light came back on a couple of days later. I bring it back to them and this time they say it needs a charcoal canister and the repair would be over $800. I asked if I could get a credit for what I had already spent based on their incorrect diagnosis. The manager, Tim, said there is no way that would happen. He tried to gaslight me by saying he was doing me a "favor" by not charging me for today's diagnostic. My advice, if you're going to use them, limit it to oil changes.

The Receptionist and technician Is Like my family They really take good care of me. They’re so professional, loving, and caring. I would not go nowhere else but precision tune In Union City. Because I know they’re gonna do me right I appreciate them so much. I trust them. There’s always there for me

It took me less than 30 minutes to get a oil change and then it was a good price for a 5.7 I’m definitely going back and then they also put air in my tire that was real shocker

i asked for a simple oil change. should have been good for 5000miles and yet my car has overheated and now has major issues simply because i had the bad judgment of trusting and believing your operations. No work was done on my vehicle and now i suffer for it. Last time i will ever step foot in a precisions and if this is to become legal then consider this to be the prelude.
