5 Stars to Nally Honda and ESPECIALLY to Mr. Robert Tutt, Service Consultant. He was amazing! A full multi point inspection. Asked questions about prior maintenance performed. Described vehicles current condition. Explained what was needed. Tire & wheel rotation, alignment & balanced. Once done, Mr. Tutt closed with a clear service plan moving forward. THANK YOU MR. TUTT!
View on GoogleDuring one of the most difficult moments our family has ever faced, Mr. Troy Frazier provided service, care, and professionalism that went far beyond anything we expected. As my father grew critically ill, I flew back into the U.S. and my wife drove in from out of state. My father passed away while we were both en route, and although my wife reached my father’s home safely, the car’s pistons and timing belt began causing serious problems. The next day, after having our vehicle towed in, Troy stepped in and made an incredibly hard situation so much easier. First, he personally spoke with a master technician and requested that our repair be started as soon as possible so we would have a reliable car to travel back out of state. Second, he located a warranty that covered a major repair—something that could have cost us nearly $2,000 out of pocket. Third, he coordinated with an outside company to repair our broken windshield wiper during the technicians’ break so that no time was lost. And throughout the entire process, he was kind, professional, accommodating, and reassuring. Troy treated us with genuine care at a time when we truly needed it. His integrity and commitment to helping our family will not be forgotten. We could not have asked for a more trustworthy or compassionate service consultant.

He explained in details everything that was happening with service details of our vehicle including by warranty coverages or possibly not. We were informed with texts and calls on step by step basis. It was great. He managed to get us a car rental and the car was repaired in a super timely manner. I love the fact of fast service, but we know that there could be some repairs that may be lengthy for some,but I would still recommend thus services. Mr. Tutt also informed me of future services my vehicle will need by mileage and birthday of my vehicle. Great service. Thanks again for a job well done Mr. Tutt and you mechanic staff.

View on GoogleErrik and Honda of Union City took phenomenal care of me. I scrapped the front and rear passenger side rims and felt disgusted about the look of my brand new car. Errik orchestrated my tire/rim repair, helped me to prepare a claim, got me in a rental car and had thorough communication about the status of the vehicle each day it was in the shop. I couldn't tell which tire had been damaged after reviewing the repair. Excellent job!!! Great teamwork!! Erikk went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful. A++++ in all categories.
