1-Star Review I dropped my car off here a month ago and still have not received it back. In the beginning, I was told it would only take one week to fix my car, which clearly was not true. I paid almost $2,000 for repairs, only to later be told that they cannot program my car and that only BMW can do it. If that was the case, this should have been communicated upfront before taking my money. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have called countless times trying to get updates on my car, and they rarely answer the phone. It feels like they are avoiding my calls because they don’t have answers. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed with the service, communication, and overall experience. I would never bring my car here again and would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest timelines and transparency. This version sounds more credible and harder for the business to dismiss while still getting your point across.

I had a very disappointing experience with Eddy's Timing Solution. The front desk clerk, Ms. Jerese, was extremely rude, did not greet me when I arrived, and continued a personal phone call while I waited for assistance. After they diagnosed my vehicle as needing an A/C compressor and completed the repair, my A/C stopped working again just three days later. When I returned, they then claimed I needed an A/C line, which should have been identified during the initial diagnosis. It took them a week to complete the A/C line. The poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and questionable diagnostic process left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their service. I will not return for any services for them, if there were a spot for 0 stars; trust me it will be a Zero.

Service is very fast and efficient (some services are a little over priced, such as oil changes - the price is about the same as the dealer but as least the dealer price is justified because it includes full inspection and clean/wash vehicle). The extra fees to pay with a card is annoying as well. But I guess you pay for convenience and fast service (I got my vehicle back in GREAT time, most shops take forever). So its worth it! Great mechanics and staff.
