This is the second time I have had to use Classic Collision (CC) after an accident, and this last time did not disappoint either. The customer service was excellent and my quality of my car repairs was great. They repaired my car in the timeframe that they told me. You can't tell that my car was in an accident. Also, I really appreciate the relationship they have with the car rental company (Enterprise). When I took the car in CC called Enterprise to come pick me up, and when picking up my car, they returned the rental back to Enterprise. I had no hassles at all.

I recently had my car repaired at Classic Collision after being involved in an accident, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explaining the repairs needed and how long it would take. I really appreciated the consistent communication - it made a stressful situation much easier to handle. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. The work was flawless - you'd never know it had been in an accident. The paint matched perfectly especially on my car because it’s matte gray, and they even detailed the interior. They clearly take pride in their work and don't cut corners. Overall, Classic Collision exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, service, and turnaround time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair.

I had the best experience with Classic Collision. Late last month a deer literally jumped into my front windshield and hood out of nowhere, which is crazy because I didn't even know deer come out during this time of year! Anyway, I used to go to another repair shop for my collision repair because it was closer to my home, but my State Farm referred me to this shop for my repair and I'm SOOOOO happy they did! I will only use Classic in the future! I was pleased to receive daily updates on the repair status of my car and even more pleasantly surprised to receive my car completed 3 days earlier than my estimated completion date. My estimator was very pleasant to work with compared to other car technicians I've dealt with in the past. He promptly answered all of my questions and concerns. The rest of the staff I talked to were also very professional and friendly. When I picked up my car! It looked so good, just like the day I bought it! I can't be more satisfied with the customer service and work done by Classic! I normally don't even write reviews, but I needed to share how great my experience was dealing with an auto repair shop since that's not usually the case at other shops!
