Zero stars, probably the worst place to change your tires, do not go to this place, none of their tires are good, they all have holes, they will tell you to stay in your car so you don't have to see it (C & E Used Tires 4915 Roosevelt Highway Union City GA 3029) they insult you in your face, yell at you very very rudely trying to get you out of there, none of their tires are good, they all have holes and they will rip you off.

View on GoogleMan this dude is a joke, and wasted my time! Told me $75 out the door on the phone, when I got there his worker rolled out the tire and said $80. I tried to speak with owner, and he tried to demand that I pay another $5 or I could go elsewhere. I’m saying that, I hoped in my car and left. It’s not about the $5 it’s about standing behind your word as a man. It’s the principle! This person will never get any business from me, and mine. And recommend everyone stay far away from this dump! Dogs and people hanging out chillen everywhere like bums.
