My husband dropped his truck off to be service Saturday morning. We have not received any communication from that department and it is now Monday at 11:34am. When I tried to call to get information about his truck I was told to call back tomorrow because the scheduler was off for the holiday. I might have understood if the whole service department was closed, but it wasn’t. I have left a message with management and is waiting on a callback. This review has absolutely nothing to do with the sales department or finance department they were great!

I scheduled a service appointment this week for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, on my way to the dealership, a foreign object punctured one of my tires, causing it to lose air rapidly as I arrived. The service advisor claimed it was due to a failed patch, but the tire was brand new. I was still charged for a tire rotation even though the spare was simply installed in place of the flat, meaning a full rotation was not performed. Additionally, when I left, the remaining three tires were all below the recommended PSI, indicating that the tire pressures had not been checked or adjusted as part of the service. Overall, this experience left me questioning whether the requested services were completed properly and accurately.

I planned an appointment for routine maintenance, spark plug replacement (105K mile recommendation), and completion of a recall. I told them I would be waiting for my car in advance. I showed up at 9:15am, and was not handed back my keys until 4:15pm. My car is now "whining" with worsening on turning the steering wheel, concerning for incomplete or faulty process, with the engine cover missing equipment for complete closure. The extraordinary time for these repairs, well above the estimate, was not acknowledgment, no apologies were given, and I'm leaving with my car in worse condition than when I came in, after waiting 7 hrs for almost $1,000 worth of purchase. I will be back at the shop on opening at 9am, taking me away from my job, and expect all concerns to be addressed, verification of all of the work being completed (I have reason to doubt the competency of the shops work at this point), and am extremely disappointed with this experience and the quality of this locations services, on multiple levels

I took my vehicle in for service and my advisor was Abdul. First, let me say that he deserves a raise! When I first brought the vehicle in for my initial appointment, they were unable to hear the sound that I described. He was very patient and worked with me to ensure my visit wasn’t in vain and eventually was able to hear the noise to get a diagnosis. He went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He was clear with communication and expectations in regard to the service. If and when I need service again, I will definitely make sure he is my advisor. He is a huge asset to this location. Thank you!
