I've taken 2 of my vehicles to Tri Star now and had a great experience with both. From the friendly staff to the fast service... it was a pleasure. Tri Star also uses the latest technology to communicate with you which made the experience even better. They offer a full menu of services and their prices were reasonable for quality work. I'll definitely be back!

I wanted to get some preventative maintenance done and they went over the car and recommended a couple of other things that made sense to take care of. They took care of everything quickly and even checked in a couple of days later to make sure all was good with the car. Highly recommended!

He gives you the price upfront any changes he’ll come and let you know before they do anything never had a problem. Recommended friends here. Just a great bunch of people who work here.😃😃
View on GoogleI had my car towed to TriStar on a Monday and by Monday afternoon they gave me a complete evaluation from front bumper to back and located the two issues that I had and within two days the car was repaired better than I bought it two years ago TriStar is unbelievably professional, courteous, and trustworthy, and that’s very hard to find when you have an older car like mine, which is a 2014 to get repaired. is unbelievably professional, courteous, and trustworthy, and that’s very hard to find when you have a older car like mine, which is a 2014 to get repaired. The team got me an appointment for the next day and kindly addressed all of my concerns with professionalism and ease. Bailey is a considerate, attentive worker who kept me reassured and in the loop through the entire diagnostic process. Customer service runs deep in the blood of these mechanics. Bailey, Jay, Eric, and the entire team were not only able to fix the coolant/moisture issue near my engine but went above and beyond to resolve a 3 year old issue with my key release. Over the years, I have taken this vehicle to 4 separate mechanic shops who charged me absorb amounts of money and were completely unable to fix this same key release conundrum. Whatever this team does in their shop, it is truly the Lord's work! The staff is incredibly trustworthy! They checked with me before finalizing any repairs and were amazingly patient with any and all of my questions. I was able to receive an estimate that was not only budget friendly but exceeded my initial request. I will be returning to TriStar for any and all of my future car repairs and I recommended you do the exact same!
