I was referred to this company to have my car inspected due to power steering issues. I dropped my car off around midday with the understanding that it would be properly inspected to determine what repairs were needed. I was told there were two issues: the power steering and the valve cap. I was quoted $250 to fix the power steering, and the following day I brought my car back in for the repair. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told the whining noise was fixed, but then I was unexpectedly told that I needed a new power steering pump for an additional $200. This should have been identified during the initial inspection, as there was more than enough time to determine what was actually needed. The lack of communication and transparency is not good business practice. I feel like a temporary “Band-Aid” fix was applied rather than a proper repair. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

GREAT SERVICE AND SUPER EFFICIENT. I was so anxious about my car after it stopped driving while I was reversing and I thought I ruined my transmission. Go it towed one day and got it back the NEXT. Turns out it was only my suspension and it was far more affordable than expected AND way faster. Saved me time money and stress. THANK U SOOO MUCH. If you need help COME HERE!!!
View on GoogleWent in for a tune up brought my parts as they asked. When job was finished truck was running worse then when i brought it in. Started having misfire cylinder 5. So i brought it back in to them, they said they would take a look and see what was wrong. After they looked tried to blame a misfire on my lifter tick noise that has gone away now? Charged me half an inspection rate on work they just did. Now 1 week and a half later i bring it to a real mechanic he tells me my coils look used even the bolts were used. Picture of what part was bought and brought into them verses what is on my truck a no name ignition coil now attached. The spark plugs look exactly like what i purchased from amazon not the coil pack that is on there now. I call back to speak to the owner and he tells me bring it back for him to look at it with his partner. To look at what the used ignition coils you put on there and say what?truck is running like a old 1980 truck now Save the headache not try and save some money!!!
