I wrote a review last year about this place I gave them a 1 star in 2023. Here we are in 2024 and it’s worst. It’s so unfortunate that I can’t give them the 0 star that they’ve earned. My most recent visit was on 6/17/2024. This place is suppose to open at 8:00am 8:09 was when I was finally able to enter. As I was standing outside the door for them to open a customer jumped up on the dock and just walked in. This place has changed so much for the worst since 2020. There’s no greeting from the workers at all. I’ve been coming here since the early 80’s since then there’s so many warehouses that have opened up to serve us. The customer service is awful the employees are so busy talking about THIER day to even say hello.

VERY DISAPPOINTED THE GM JJ DISCRIMINATES TOWARDS WOMAN AND DISABLED, I WATCHED A PICK UP TRUCK GET LOADED PRIOR TO MYSELF. . When I went to counter and asked for assistance due to pregnancy and can’t lift he very rudely and disrespectfully stated no do it yourself . I plan on taking further action due to discrimination incident was recorder of me also asking another employee and he yelling NO ! stating he was the Gm and he won’t allow it .

Doordashed here to pick up some tires. They have terrible customer service. No one running the floor to move tires into our cars. Waited for about 15 minutes with practically no one acknowledging me! American Tire, do better!!!
