I had a great experience at Safe Tires in Tucker. Max, the owner, took care of me every step of the way and made sure I was back on the road quickly and safely. Customer service was top tier, communication was great, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Honest, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. View on GoogleI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Safe Tires. I purchased tires for my 2023 Nissan Rogue expecting safe, reliable products and professional service. Unfortunately, I later learned from the dealership that the tires installed on my vehicle were not the correct tires for my Rogue and were also showing signs of dry rot. As a customer, I trusted that the tires being sold and installed would be appropriate for my vehicle and in safe condition. Finding out that I had been driving on tires that were both unsuitable and potentially unsafe is incredibly frustrating and concerning. Tires are not just another purchase—they are a critical safety component of a vehicle. I have now had to spend additional time, money, and energy dealing with the dealership’s findings and addressing an issue that should never have happened in the first place. What makes this even more disappointing is that I relied on the expertise of the tire shop to ensure my vehicle was equipped properly. I hope Safe Tires takes greater care in inspecting the condition of their inventory and verifying that customers receive the correct tires for their vehicles. No customer should have to discover these kinds of safety concerns after the fact. I cannot say I am satisfied with this experience and would encourage others to carefully inspect any tires they purchase before leaving the shop as I will never be returning. — A very disappointed customer

I came and got my alignment and was greeted by very friendly employees, work was speedy and efficient, I have no complaints!
