I was sure my car was overdue for some regular maintenance and was recommended Mobley by a friend. I got there right when they opened because I knew my car probably needed a lot of work and didn’t want to have to wait too long to get it back. As someone who knows next to nothing about cars, I really appreciated how transparent the staff was about what repairs were absolutely necessary and which ones I could do without. I find most car mechanics to be untrustworthy, often scheming to get more money out you. But, that wasn’t the case at Mobley. They offer a variety of services at a fair price and everything was completed within a few hours. I would absolutely come back. Plus, their dogs are great company. :)

As a first time customer to this location, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received and the price that I paid. They were honest, and they were right in my neighborhood. I can’t believe I’ve never been to them before. I also can’t believe that I almost paid Pep Boys $2400 to fix this same issue with my car, but Mobley only charged me $150, insane! I will never go back to these big body shops, always shop in your neighborhood and look for the local mechanic shop.

I've been here 3 times. Most recently, I took my car here for a wheel alignment, and 5 months later I had to get it redone at Discount Tire. Discount Tire is less expensive than Mobley too. Do not trust Mobley with your car or your business. The service here is also very poor if the owner is working. The family's son was super friendly and helpful. But the other two times, the female owner has been incredibly rude. She acts like you're wasting her time. She didn't even leave the back office to come up to the counter but just talked to me across the room. And when I didn't understand her question, she did everything but roll her eyes at me while asking it in a clearer manner.

This shop is a hidden gem and not seen from the main road (Ponce de Leon in Decatur). Good service, fair prices. Today I stopped for an oil change and tire rotation and was pleased with the fair price and quick service. While I was there, I overheard a service employee tell a customer that "his alignment was perfect" and he didn't need to pay for it to be done. Honesty. Yes!
