Really great experience here. You can tell this is a genuine, family-oriented shop that actually cares about people. I came in for a battery change, and they also did a multi-point inspection and walked me through a few things that may need attention down the road. What I appreciated most was how clearly they explained everything. I don’t know much about cars, so the honesty and transparency really stood out to me. Not really happy with the service after new owners took over. The previous owner Greg was great and I had been going to Auto Service Depot for over 15 years while Greg was the owner. The new owners give off a shady vibe. We feel like the service provided to my wife's car was not properly diagnosed and the issue with her car seems to be worse. The current owner wanted to blame it on something else other than what was diagnosed. He also told me one price for service on my car but when the work was complete he tried to up the price. I think we are done with the current Auto Service Depot owners.anyone know of another Auto service center that is reliable please share.

Easy to schedule online, prompt service (thank you for the immediate attention!), efficient & effective work (such noticeable difference!), courtesy - Philip and Santo going above and beyond! I could not recommend them more highly than I am trying to do. Well known difficulty of finding good HONEST auto service to trust. I feel that treated me as if I were family, fixing what's needed without recommending unnecessary and costly "repairs" as so many mechanics are won't to do. Phillip even fixed my side mirror at no charge because he said no parts were needed.
