Wade got my Mach E in and out in a day for a non responsive modem. Start to finish was a couple of hours. I was quoted 3-4 days for diagnostics alone with no loaner at another dealership. Very satisfied with Wade Ford and Edd. I’ve also purchased 2 cars from them in the last year and couldn’t recommend them enough.
View on GoogleThis is my first time ever leaving a less-than-positive review, but my experience with Wade Ford service department has been extremely disappointing. I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday, April 4 for a routine oil change. At that time, I was informed there were a few factory recalls that also needed to be addressed. I was told my vehicle would be ready by Monday, April 6 or Tuesday, April 7 at the latest, which seemed reasonable. However, as of April 15, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my vehicle. I have called multiple times, left several messages, and even visited the service department in person. Despite these efforts, no one has been able to provide me with a clear update. At one point, the service technician could not even locate my vehicle. Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with subpar service at this location. I chose to give them another opportunity, but this experience has been far beyond unacceptable. Waiting nearly two weeks without communication for what began as a simple oil change is completely unreasonable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Ford service location.

In the past, my experiences with Wade Ford’s service department were lackluster and lacked empathy—but Ruben completely changed that. View on GoogleFirst time I really felt my service person cared! I made an appointment after calling a second time and not getting a call back. It was a male who took the call, but when I arrived Summer took care of me even though I had not made the appointment with her. She took my information, followed up with a call, and kept the process moving. I had a good experience.
