I purchased a tire from this shop about a month ago, and from the moment it was installed, I noticed a persistent noise while driving. I trusted that the installation was done properly, but the issue never went away. I recently had my vehicle inspected elsewhere, and I was told the tire was damaged and uneven (scattered), which explains the noise I’ve been hearing since day one. Based on this, it’s very concerning that the tire was installed in that condition to begin with. This could have easily turned into a serious safety issue. I feel like this should have been caught—or at the very least disclosed—at the time of installation. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

They will have you in and out quick, as long as there's no long lines of cars. They know tire well. Can recognize your tire issue by looking at the tire. At least that had been my experience with them in the last 5 visits. The prices not too bad either.

I absolutely love this tire repair shop! The couple of times I've stopped here to fix a flat tire, they've been able to quickly find the tire puncture, remove the nail, and fix the tire leak. They're super fast and helpful. I definitely recommend this shop!

I almost lost my life on the road due to the poor work of this location. My wheel literally almost came off of my car, and the owner refused to Respond to calls and or texts. I had just purchased an upgrade of rim and tires spent a couple thousand dollars on them. The employee tightened the luggnuts so tight that they ate through the metal on my rims ONE ALL 4 OF MY RIMS. I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER SHOP several hundred TO FIX THE BOLTS THAT WHERE SNAPPED OFF. PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES NO BIGGIE. BUT TO REFUSE TO RESPOND TO CALL OR TEXT AND TO REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE COMPANY SHOWS A LACK OF REGARD

I had several very concerning experiences at this shop. I was charged a nighttime price for tires that daytime staff later told me was not the actual price. When I returned to ask about the difference, I received conflicting explanations. On another visit, I brought in a brand-new tire (with my receipt) only needing a plug, but it was taken and replaced with a used, damaged tire without my consent. When I questioned it, the situation escalated in a way that felt unfair and unprofessional. I also experienced inappropriate comments from an employee, which made me uncomfortable. I’m sharing my experience so other customers—especially women and nighttime customers—can be aware and make informed decisions before choosing this location.
