Unfortunately, this wasn't a satisfactory experience. $600+ later, I'm still experiencing the same issues I initially went in for. I did let them know that my car wasn't running as it should and the only response I received was an "ok". I'm still trying to get my car to a smooth running condition. Disappointed barely identifies my feelings towards the business interaction I had with Vinings. The business has great potential, but potential is pointless unless it's build upon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am so grateful I found this auto shop. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of a blessing. My car needed a transmission, and after being scammed elsewhere, I was unable to pay the full amount right away. Denis was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive during a very stressful time. I am currently caring for my mother who has stage-four cancer, and the compassion and kindness Denis showed truly meant the world to me. On top of that, the service was A-1—honest, professional, and done with care. Vinings Auto Shop is more than just a repair shop; they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service and good people. You will not regret coming here.

I have never seen anyone as rude as the lady that works there. I called in the morning to bring my car to fix the AC, because she already sent me quote to fix the car. I brought my car in at 4pm which she told me to bring it, I was there for 2hrs and 30mins. When I asked when my car was going to be fixed she told me that she can have any of the guy leave what the current car they were working despite the fact that she asked me to come at 4pm. When they called her on the phone, she told them to tell me to leave with the car and have a good day, after waiting for almost 3 hrs. She’s very rude and needs to learn how to speak and interact with people. The guys are the back were really nice
