I came in yesterday with a tire that had gone low again, on a stormy morning heading into a holiday weekend. Not ideal timing. I made the appointment from work and went straight there after my shift. The service was fast, the repair was solid, and the staff were genuinely kind. No upsell pressure, no long wait. Exactly what you need when you are trying to stay safe on the road and get on with your day. Tires Plus of Smyrna will be my go-to. My favorite part was the thorough inspection and proof of the alignment before and after.

helped with a tire replacement under the extended warranty when mine had a nail in it. they didn't have the tire in stock, so they were able to quickly have a delivery person pick it up and get it to the store so I wouldn't have to wait additional days or get anywhere else. it was great!

Horrible experience. Over the years I did basic stuff and it was ok but over the past few weeks it’s been a clown show. I’ve spent well over 3 grand trying to get my car from shaking. First it was two new tires. Then a wheel balance. Then shocks and struts. Now it’s an axel or steering? lol. This is after I had to physically ride in the car multiple times just to make sure the issue was notated. Just for piece of mind I’m going to have to take it to a place that can properly diagnose and fix it. This about the work. Crew wasn’t rude to me. The process, diagnosis, and lack of thoroughness with the initial screening of the issue was horrible. Save yourself and go somewhere else even if it’s closer to you.

Greg was an absolute joy to work with and addressed all my concerns for my vehicle, answered all my questions, and kept me cracking up throughout the whole appointment!
