I had to have a 02 Sensor replaced. I spent a week worried about finding an honest mechanic. A friend told me about TID Auto Repair. After reading reviews, I felt comfortable calling for an estimate. The owner asked all the right questions and gave me a no hassle quote. When I arrived I pulled immediately into the bay and had the part replaced. This is a great place for women that are trying to avoid being taken advantage of when having car trouble. The owner was very professional and explained everything. He didn't mind that I watched what he was doing and asked questions. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I've been to places that need your car for 3 days just for a part. I was able to stay with my car and take it back home the same day. I will be using this place for another vehicle that's been parked because I couldn't find a honest mechanic. Thanks for great quality work and customer service.
