As a woman, dealing with mechanics is one of my least favorite things to do. From the moment I arrived, Tim, the manager, was warm, accommodating, and genuinely inspiring to speak with. I came to TAS after a recommendation from my Honda dealership after paying for a diagnostic. Once I arrived, Max, the technician, took the time to explain that what had been recommended and what actually needed to be done were two very different things. He carefully showed me what was causing my check engine light to come on and what was creating the noise I had been hearing. Max was patient, honest, and reassuring. He made me feel comfortable and confident by explaining everything clearly and letting me know we could tackle each issue one step at a time. I also appreciated receiving a public service employee discount. They also have financing options and the lobby provided a pleasant and comfortable experience while I waited. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Tim and Max, for your professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service. God bless you both!

Amazing experience! Very transparent and helped us navigate an expensive repair on my son’s vehicle. They worked with us to prioritize which repairs absolutely needed to be fixed from a safety perspective, and helped us come up with a plan to complete the remaining repairs. They also serviced my MB GLK and did a great job. My car is running so well. They also sent us a handwritten thank you us for trusting them with our vehicle. They definitely earned a loyal customer through their efforts.

Tim and the crew at TAS were exceptional and their rates were very reasonable. More than this, Mr Tim was a pleasure to work with and he keeps an immaculate, super efficient shop.
