From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. My service advisor, Dwayne Lee clearly listened to my concerns and quickly provided a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. I appreciated the regular updates on my vehicle’s progress and the transparency throughout the process. When I picked up my car, it had been washed and vacuumed—an unexpected but much-appreciated touch. The repairs were completed on time, and my car is running perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, courteous, and high-quality service.

The waiting area is comfortable and the staff is nice and accommodating. Clean bathrooms and an all around benefit of purchasing a car. Crosby Duncan was my assigned tech, he was amazing! Customer service exceeds 10 stars! I was happy to have experienced the same professionalism that I have become accustomed to with Lexus. My dad, grandma, aunt, and best friend all have Lexus now from the reviews that they have received from my experience with the Nalley Lexus Team. I truly appreciate you all l.
View on GoogleI always have a great experience with my advisor, Dwayne Lee. One of his colleagues helped me out during an unexpected absence and the experience was seamless. I also really like the new e-system. I got the rundown from the inspection and the option to select which services I wanted via the email link. I was also later presented with the option to pay for the services electronically. It made the pick up experience even smoother that it has always been. Finally, the new showroom / service waiting area is much improved over what it was. Well done.
