I brought in a 2007 Honda Ridgeline that I purchased at auction that had a list of unknowns. Tara and the team at Motorcars took great care of both me and the truck from start to finish. They sent a detailed digital inspection report with photos before calling to walk through anything, which I really appreciated. Over a couple of visits they handled a rear main seal repair, control arms, CV axles, engine mounts, the alternator, an AC issue, a VTM-4 light, and most recently the radiator. Every step was clearly communicated, and they even found ways to bundle some of the work to save me money since everything was already apart. The truck rides completely different now. Professional shop, honest communication, and genuinely good people to deal with. If you've got a Honda or an import and want a shop you can trust in the Smyrna area, this is it.

My first service with them was in September 2025. The quality was exceptional, the attention was immediate, they identified additional issues that were repaired, and six months later the car is running great. I definitely recommend them.

October 2025 update. Another quick, efficient service for our Honda Pilot A… service. It costs more that estimated, but Jeremy explained why and it agreed with previous service costs that included our 9 speed transmission. June 30, 2025 update. Another great professional and efficient visit. We went for our Honda B13 service and to fix an oil leak from the timing cover. Delivered on-time and on the estimate, no surprises. I love the texts and communications to review/authorize the total work. Thank you Andrew and Jeremy. December 23, 2024 Update. We visited Jeremy and the Motorcars folks recently for our Honda “B1” service. They took good care of us and at slightly less cost than our Honda dealer. Communications via text went smoothly! This is the most impressive independent auto repair shop I have seen in five decades. It’s exactly what I was looking for since moving to GA. The shop is clean, the folks are knowledgeable, the work was top notch, their lot seems secure, and I trust them. Jeremy the manager was busy, but professional and efficient. I took our Honda for an oil and filter change, and in the morning received a text message confirming the cost and suggesting additional work with the associated cost estimates. Having a dealer or auto shop promote additional work is commonplace, but these folks went further and provided close-up pictures of my dirty air filters, worn brake rotors and pads. I planned on having this work done a little later, but the pictures convinced me to approve the work. The estimates were in the right ballpark especially for the premium parts. They had all the work done by 220pm, and their text communications system let us know the car was ready for pickup. They are my new go-to auto shop!

I'm very happy with this auto shop. It's a bonus they're walking distance from me too! They saved me quite a bit of money compared to going to my Brand Dealership. Lesson learned... The pricing was good, and they got my car done in less than 2 days, probably definitely faster than the dealership would've been with the few repairs I needed. I also really appreciate the refund offer for the ride shares I took while my car was in the shop. They just added it as a discount to the total service amount. An absolute blessing and I will be returning for any other repairs my car needs.
