My personal experience here was not great at all. I took my truck there to get a quote and they gave me the price of 1,800 and let me just remind you they saw my truck and all it’s imperfections IN PERSON. I gave them my truck trusting them and when they tell me it’s done I went to go pick it up and my bumper had a hole, the corner was all bumpy and patchy like if they just gave up my fender on my bed has a big scratch that I DID NOT do there were chips everywhere and I haven’t even got to drive the damn thing I also asked for them to paint my dumper blue but when I went to go see it it was black. Now basically what I got from whatever they told me about the paint process with bumper is that if I don’t want them to charge me extra they would do it but it’ll last only for about two months and it might start chipping but that’s not their problem but if I pay an extra 500 they would do it the right way and it’ll last longer which to me that’s dumb do it right the first time and when we were talking about prices before I agreed to them painting it they said 1800 for the whole truck PLUS my front bumper. Now when I told them to fix the hole and scratches and little chips they only fixed the hole everything else was untouched even though they told me it was ready. I have to drive about an hour and 30 to get to that place and they tell me my truck is ready when it’s not? It made me mad but that’s not all. They guy who painted my truck had an attitude I don’t know why maybe it’s because I wouldn’t accept my truck the way they wanted to turn it in or what but a bald guy Henry had to step in because the painter wasn’t fixing what was supposed to be fixed. I’ve had to drive to that place like 4 times because every time they said it was “ready” it never was nothing was done to it. Like the 5 time driving there they said it was ready and all they did to the scratch on my fender was put a little paint on it but very splotchy and crappy I could still see the stupid scratch same goes with the other chips. What Henry told me was that when the painter started working on my truck he realized it was more work than he expected and that he should’ve charged more basically he undercharged and since he did that he stop putting care into my truck and turned it in however he did. I would say the only things they actually fixed was the hole and the corner on my bumper. They did clean the over spray on my windows after I asked. They half-assed the rest of the little details though. I honestly don’t recommend this place. The color is a pretty blue but the work is not the best. Henry is a polite guy but the other painter isn’t the brightest. I wasn’t that satisfied but I was done going back and fourth driving an hour and 30 just to get the same result I just took my truck. 👎
