Jerry and the other guy were very welcoming and they spoke and treated people with respect but when I was there, I witnessed something remarkable. A lady in army uniform was there with her truck. I didn't know what was going on with her truck but after they checked it, they came back and told her that there was nothing wrong with her truck. That made be made up my mind that these guys a truthful and this is the place I'll be bringing my vehicles from now on. They are very trust worthy.

Had the best experience today at Gordy Tire. When I had my office in Smyrna, I used them faithfully over the last 20 years, but my home is in Roswell and I had since found local mechanics near my home. When a local franchise operator whose name rhymes with Avis, told me I had to get new rear shocks and a complete set of rear brakes. I thought I’d go back to Gordy. I was hardly there an hour when they said it was ready and that I did not need rear brakes so I will forever be in debt to them and refer them business. Also, they have new people in the office which were so friendly and pleasant to deal with versus staff that was there years ago.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Gordy Tire. This visit, I had a flat tire with a rim and another tire with no rim. They removed the flat tire from its rim, mounted and balanced my rimless tire onto that rim. They also checked my remaining tires for safety. I seem to pick up road debris often, and every experience with this business has been positive. They also do excellent oil changes and preventative maintenance. Their prices are excellent, and I truly trust them.

I had a recent visit here where they extracted a nail embedded in my tire but didn't even charge me for it! Otherwise, I have been here 6 or 7 times before and the employees never pressured me into services that weren't really necessary. Also, I've never waited more than 30-45 minutes for the finished job which is much quicker than the dealerships...Love the great integrity, honesty, and efficiency of the Gordy team!
