I want to start by saying the staff here is very friendly and courteous, and Matt, the shop manager, has been especially accommodating and professional throughout the process. However, great customer service does not make up for poor workmanship. My vehicle was in the shop for two weeks, and when I came to pick it up, I had to wait an additional hour while the team addressed issues that should have been resolved before release. The rear door panel was popping, scraping, visibly misaligned, and not closing properly. I also pointed out to Matt at pickup that the driver-side seatbelt felt loose, which is a safety concern. He mentioned he would look into it, but the vehicle was still released to me in that condition. Less than 24 hours later, the door failed completely and would not close at all, making the vehicle undrivable and requiring it to be towed back after hours. Now I’m in the middle of a busy weekend, in the process of moving, and left without a vehicle again. I’ve also been unable to reach anyone at the shop for support, despite being told I could contact them over the weekend. While I appreciate how kind and accommodating the team has been, it doesn’t override the fact that the repairs were not completed properly and a potential safety issue was not fully addressed before releasing the vehicle. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this shop.

I had a great experience at Georgia Luxury Automotive after my car was hit by another driver. Yessy and Cyrus were extremely helpful throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The bumper repair was done quickly and the car looked great when I got it back. When I noticed a small issue afterward, they were responsive and willing to take care of it, which really shows they stand behind their work. I truly appreciate the customer service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Georgia Luxury Automotive, especially if you want a shop that communicates well and treats you with respect.
