Since moving to Georgia seven (7) years ago, Cooper Lake has been the place where I have had my cars (Lincoln, BMW) serviced. I picked a good one. Great people that will explain the needs of your car and not pressure you to do anything - it's your car, not theirs. Pricing?? Who knows what the cost of anything is anymore! As far as I have discovered, their pricing is fair. Don't hesitate to call them.

It's been many years since I took my vehicle to Cooper Lake. The last two vehicles I owned I just took them to the dealerships because of warranties etc. But I'm tired of being ripped off. I was looking for a reason to leave my particular dealership. They said I needed all new brakes and rotors and they gave me a quote that seemed high. I remembered Cooper Lake and reached out. Ashley was phenomenal in answering my questions. They got my car in within 2 days. They made some great recommendations but they are definitely not pushy like dealerships. They are very honest and upfront, which reminded me of why I used to go there. The best part is, they inspected my vehicle like crazy and gave me a detailed report of absolutely everything that was good, that was ok, and what needed attention soon. They also looked at my rotors and said they didn't need replacing after all they just needed resurfacing. So they actually saved me more money than I expected and now they have a customer back for good! Patrick was a tremendous help as well, explaining the diagnosis and what I could expect.

This was my first time at Cooper Lake Auto. I was very impressed with the lobby and waiting area. The auto bay also looked very clean and organized. I just had an oil change for my 2011 Mazda CX-7 (245K miles). The price was fair and service excellent. I will be coming back again when service is needed.

I recently bought a used car and wanted to get it looked over. This shop was recommend by a family member so I felt good about going. I will say the shop itself was very nice and so were the people. The appointment was also quick and they gave me good suggestions on the car. My ride home was two hours and I didn’t notice anything different when I left. However, when I got home and turned off my car it started with an unusual sound. The next day I started my car and the sound happened again and stayed while I drove my car to the gas station. Once there I had a chance to look at the engine. To my surprise I found a handheld shop flashlight laying in my engine that was hitting up on something. Needless to say I was pretty upset. Not much to be done about it since no damage was caused but still feel unsatisfied with the attention used by the shop.

Horrible service. It took three for my car to be “repaired”. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning and I was told that it will be ready on Wednesday evening. I received a call on both Wednesday and Thursday, that the car will be ready the following day, due to “part issues”. Friday, I had to call in the afternoon to see if it was ready but no one answered. I got a call back about an hour and said it’s ready. I was not able to pick it up doing regular house so I picked it up after-hours and nothing was fixed. My car is still smoking. I paid almost $2000, missed a couple days from work and nothing was resolved. Now, I will not receive a call back from this issue, because the office does not operate over the weekend and I run a courier business and I’m missing money, due to not having my vehicle on the road. I need answers.
