They replaced the brakes and fuel pump on my grandfathers 1997 Chevy Silverado. The work was good and they were seemingly professional throughout the entire process. They did not, however, tell me that one of their technicians had broken my drivers side mirror when backing it into the bay. It wasnt until after i picked the truck up and saw the difference and returned to confront them that they told me what happened. This was conveniently after i had already payed them for the repairs. Now one mirror is brand new and the other has almost 30 years of wear. They will not tell you if they damage your car. They will wait for you to pay and pick it up and hope that you dont notice. No discount. Just a free mirror. Jason was who i was in contact with. He didnt seem to care. $1,700 down the drain just to lose a piece of my grandfathers truck due to their carelessness. If you go here, keep tabs on them. They wont tell you.

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to get the thermostat replaced. They ran a diagnostics test and fixed the problem (allegedly). The next day my check engine light was back on so I took it back to the shop. They ended up breaking my purge valve in the process of replacing the thermostat and wanted to charge me to fix it and for another diagnostics test. I fixed it myself for a under $100; about $500 less than what they wanted to charge me. I will not be going back.

I cannot recommend Cobb Galleria Automotive highly enough. I've been going to them for 15 years and have always been impressed by their professionalism, service, and high quality of work. Most importantly - I trust them. I've had several times where another shop (that I went to out of convenience) recommended work and Cobb Galleria Auto did a thorough diagnosis and advised me not to the work even when they could've easily charged me $1000s. I used to work really close and now live & work 30+ minutes away but happily make the commute for any/all engine work.

I have been going to these guys for about 15 years. They are honest and don't overcharge. Direct communication, fast and dependable service. I can highly recommend to other independent women who need a knowledgeable, trustworthy and affordable mechanic they can out on when needed.

First, I'll give them credit for getting my Rear Axle and Bearing repaired. But that's all I can say for that. I own a 2003 Ford Mustang GT I bought new 23 years ago and never had to take it to anybody. But now I'm older and NEED a decent place to take our cars for some work I can't do anymore. I keep it meticulous. I know every square inch of my car. I told them, I don't know how many times, to watch out for my Front Splitter, so as NOT to scratch it on their angled driveway entrance, but it was scratched anyway when I picked it up. So, angry my wife and I left, and her '04 Mach1 ends up making a ticking noise on the right rear side, and I saw something in the tire after we left there. I was already angry not even wanting to go back, so we nursed her car to the Tire Store we go to, and they found a Torx Bit in the tire! Plus, the up charging also bothered me. If you have a vehicle you really care about, think twice going here. I was told they checked out my car before I left, and it was fine, yeah if you wear blinders! The conversation with them ended up as I expected and calling me a LIER too. Well, time to try another shop, Eehh.
