CB is our go-to for car maintenance and repairs. They go above and beyond to make sure we are always satisfied. Joey has been especially helpful when we’ve had to navigate costly repairs. His customer service is top notch. Their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend you visit Christian Brothers whenever you need car service.

On May 18, 2026 I had an appointment at 4:30pm for an oil change. Since I was running late, I called the shop to let them know I would be about 15 minutes late. Upon arrival at 4:45pm I checked in to the shop and was told it would be a short time until the technician started to work on my vehicle. 1-1/2 hours later, I am still sitting in the lobby and noone updated me of the status of my vehicle. Finally, I asked the technician that checked me in originally and he said they were now ready to start on my car. So, 1 hour and 45 minutes later the oil change was done and the manager was ready to check me out. I mentioned to him about my frustration and of how long I had been waiting for a simple oil change. He listened and was apologetic. I am a patient person and told him that I simply would have expected someone to communicate with me about what was taking so long but I wasn't given that courtesy. He, again, was very kind and sincerely regretted the incident. He did not charge me for my oil change and asked me to please give their shop another chance for my business. Due to his kindness and understanding, I will take my car back for repair work that is needed.

I am very pleased with the service at CBA. I feel confident in their work and ethics. Comfortable atmosphere. The service writers listen to what I tell them about what my van is doing (or not doing). The techs get to the root of the problem and fix it. Makes me feel safe driving. Thanks y'all 😊

Like others, I’ve been to many automotive service shops in my life. This is my very first time here (after researching reputable service shops near me). This place is refreshing with their genuine care for their customers. From Matt who was the intake specialist that I met when I dropped my car off, to Shay the customer specialist who gave me a ride home in their customer shuttle service, it is a well run business. Special kudos to Shay… Any car repair can be stressful with the unknowns of “how much”, and “how long “ it will take. However, Shay’s positive attitude and professionalism during the ride home made the experience all the more less stressing. I enjoyed chatting with Shay on the ride home, and one can tell she genuinely cares for customers. Thank you Christian Brothers for repairing my Jeep & ensuring a smooth customer experience.

CBA Smyrna always provides the best service in the ATL area. I bring both of my vehicles here to get serviced or repaired. More recently, I got a nail in my tire. I called ahead, and they had me back on the road within 45 minutes on the same day. A few weeks ago. My fiance's Honda plastic skid plate came loose, same day service and a $0 service fee. They just had the clips in stock as shop supplies, so no charge, and the oil change guy wasn't busy. I can't recommend this shop more, totally different and top-notch experience.
