⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (I'd give 10 stars if I could!) I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Car Connex in Smyrna. After taking my car to the dealership and getting quoted an outrageous price, I stopped by AutoCool next door for a second opinion. They diagnosed the issue (valve covers and coolant lines) but let me know they couldn't do the repair. Luckily, I noticed Car Connex right next door and decided to give them a call. They told me to bring the car over, and I was able to drop it off that same day. From the start, the customer service was exceptional. I was given a fair quote and also asked about an additional service. The very next day, Chang called to let me know my car was readyand even better, he had completed the repair for less than originally quoted! He also saved me money by honestly advising that I didn't need the oil change service I had asked about. It's rare to find a mechanic who's not only skilled but also genuinely looking out for their customers' best interests. The honesty, quality of work, and level of care I received were outstanding. I left feeling valued instead of upsold. I will absolutely be back for future service and highly recommend Car Connex to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable auto repair in the Smyrna area.

My husband was pleasantly shocked by the high level of professionalism and respect. They took the car in at 8am and the car was repaired in an hour and ten minutes despite severe and dangerous technical issues. Their charges were fair and lower than I had expected given our bad experiences with other mechanics. Will definitely be back.

View on GoogleThought I needed brake fluid flush since the brakes left a bit spongy. But Mr. Chang said this happens when you change the brake pads(got replaced at a different place). The brakes are still good, they just don’t feel the same. And said no need to waste money on this and get the brake fluid flush at 100k miles.

After many years of feeling taken advantage of at my previous mechanics, I can confidently praise Car Connex for their service, efforts, customer care, and reasonable prices.
