5 stars all the way for Triumph! Cephas and Liz were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Cephas does incredible work — his attention to detail is exactly what you hope for when trusting someone with your vehicle. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished work. Liz was amazing as well. She kept me updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure I always knew what was happening with my repairs. That level of communication and customer service is hard to find these days. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress free. I would highly recommend Triumph to anyone needing vehicle repairs!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Triumph Auto Collision. After my husband accidentally backed into our babysitter’s car (forgetting it was parked behind his side of the garage), we were stressed and unsure of where to go. The pricing was very fair, and the turnaround time was impressive—they had the car repaired in just three days. When we picked it up, it honestly looked brand new. They even went above and beyond by detailing the car, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our babysitter was thrilled with the results, and we were beyond pleased as well. Triumph Auto Body is amazing… Very transparent and honest, something you don’t get in the car business very often. Quick turnaround and our car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Definitely recommend their services and will go back if we ever need them again.

It was a pleasure working with Cepheus and Liz for the repairs we needed on our Kia Sportage. Triumph Collision is locally owned and operated in Powder Springs. We immediately felt comfortable trusting the repairs we needed to Cepheus. He explained everything that would need to be repaired and answered our questions on how certain things would get done. Liz did a great job of communicating with us every step of the way during the process. Parts were able to be ordered right away once we made the decision to move forward with repairs. Liz called the same day with an update and we made arrangements for drop off and everything was completed like new and on time as promised. From free quote on Friday to drop off on Monday morning and pick up after repairs on Wednesday afternoon, Cepheus and Liz helped make an expensive, inconvenient situation a little easier to deal with. If we need repairs to any of our vehicles again we will definitely use Triumph Collision and will gladly recommend them to anyone else in need.
