Candy Apple Customs repaired my truck hood in 2011 which required the painting of the hood and application of clearcoat. Fast forward to 2023 - The paint became dull over the 12 years and the clearcoat began delaminating (pealing off). I reviewed my warranty (provided by Candy Apple in 2011) and it appeared that this was covered by the warranty. I made an appointment with Candy Apple's current management (Jamie Minter) and took the truck for an inspection. Everyone was extremely cordial and accommodating. Mt. Minter inspected the paint and agreed that this was a warranty claim and he took care of repainting the hood and the two front fenders (at NO COST - Warranty). The first Picture is BEFORE Repairs and the second Picture is AFTER Repairs. This type of customer service will keep me using Candy Apple for any of my automotive body repairs. First of all everyone was very nice. I was updated of what was happening with my SUV from beginning to end. My car was ready ahead of time & it looked like new. I love this place. They helped me so much. The service is fast and smooth. They explain all steps of the process in detail, and if you ever have more questions, they always answer the phone and explain whatever you need with no issues.
