Have been taking my car here For a few years now And since the first day have been treated with friendly fast reliable service I take my car here and they fix it everytime and go above and beyond the repairs I need they explain everything to me from the ground up and keep me updated on progress and have great affordable prices. They have never cheated me and stand behind there work. From the front desk with Courtney answering the phone everytime to staff they are friendly and will explain everything to you. Ryan has been top notch doing work on my car and I feel nothing but safe in my car when I know he and the staff are working on my car. If u know from experience it’s hard to find a reliable honest shop and I can honestly say I have found one 45yrs later than u Tim Ledford and staff for being local and honest

I had a great experience with Tim Ledford Auto. Ryan fixed the fan on my car quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The team was amazing and helped walk me through the whole process. Courtney kept me updated every step they went through and everything they found. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them if you need reliable and honest auto work!
View on GoogleTim and Mike are both very competent with mechanical expertise. Tim can just hear an engine run and tell you what the problem may be. I have known Tim for 15 yrs, and have always gotten honest work, and fair prices. Oh, and Courtney runs the office. She is not only excellent at what she does, but she is also a genuinely beautiful person. Not hard on the eyes at all;)
View on GoogleFantastic service. I have had some emergencies come up with my truck at the worst possible moment and this place was always ready to help and the prices are some of the best around. A lot of mechanic shops I’ve dealt with in the past have stuck it to me pretty good because I’m not a mechanic and I don’t claim to be and I’ve been taken advantage a few times and Tim’s shop has been the opposite. It’s refreshing to know that mechanic shops like Ledfords are still around.

My car was towed to their shop, and I never received a phone call explaining what work would be performed or how much it would cost. Despite this, I was charged for a diagnostic that I did not authorize, even though the issue was simply a flat tire. In addition, the experience at the front desk was very unpleasant. The woman assisting me became increasingly rude during our phone conversation. When I asked questions to better understand the charges, her tone escalated to frustration and anger instead of providing clear explanations. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Professionalism and communication should be basic expectations when dealing with customers, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
