Mr.Robert and his team was very professional, communicative, and efficient. I wasn’t there all day so that was a plus for me. And he was able to diagnose the problem I was having and fix it for me while also bringing another repair I’ll need to my attention. I’ve been in Atlanta 4 years and this is one of the best auto experiences I’ve had. The dealerships are not even touching Razzle Dazzle’s prices nor speedy service. I’ve been a customer of Robert’s for several years and I couldn’t be happier with his services. The work is always completed quickly and I’ve never had issues with the work done on my car. His prices are more than fair (and by far more affordable than any mechanic in the area) and he truly cares about his customers. Highly recommended.

If you need any auto repairs look no further than razzle dazzle auto repair shop in powder springs. The owner Robert and his wife Collette are amazing. I posted on next door and he responded. I called him and withing 2 hours he had my car. He even helped me with finding a tow service. I thought it was my cv axle but it wasn't. He sent me videos and made sure I understood what was wrong and my car was fixed within hours of the diagnosis. His pricing is unmatched because I called several shops and he was several hundred cheaper. Then, he went above and beyond by checking with me to see if everything was going good. He's honest, beyond reasonable, dependable and trustworthy. If you use his services you will not be disappointed.

I was very impressed with the service I received at Razzle Dazzle Repair Shop. When other repair shops tried to take advantage of me, telling me that I needed a new engine etc. Robert asked me to stop by so that my car could be properly diagnosed. I’m so glad that I did. He saved me thousands in unnecessary repairs. He stayed after hours to help me. He got to the bottom of what was wrong, which was not a new engine. Robert even checked on me after the repairs to make sure the car was still running properly. I’ve never had a mechanic care so much. I thought that was great customer service. The repairs were fast and very affordable. My car is now running smoothly. No more check engine lights for me. Razzle Dazzle has definitely gained a new customer and I will refer anyone in need of auto repair to visit them as well!

Any positive reviews for this place are obviously false. I only gave this shop 1 star 'cause you can't give any less. If so, it would be -100. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!! I left my BMW with Robert for a transmission repair last September and paid in advance (my 1st mistake). I got nothing but excuses for 6 months(he even blamed ICE). By March I had enough and had car towed to another shop who did repair and paid again. I found out that Robert's "mechanic" removed integral structural parts from the chassis that stabilized the vehicle(including a strap for the gas tank). I took him to court and won a judgement ( mainly because he got caught lying to judge)but good luck to me collecting. I am still paying for his ineptitude. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! ......... I thought I was through with this guy but after reading his response I guess not. 1. If anyone would like photos of my "decrepit" bmw just hit me up. 2. That was quite a tale, almost unbelievable 😳 3. Regarding your fake website full of stock photos and fake reviews (John Smith, REALLY???) The rest, people will just need to judge for themselves.
