I had a very bad experience with this place of business. His name is Promise, unfortunately he doesn't keep his word. I hired him to install a rebuilt transmission in my car. A 2005 Nissan Altima SE. He said, that he had a used one that he had already checked and confirmed that it was good. After installing the transmission the car leaked fluid on the CC(catalytic converter) and the car is slipping going into drive. A puddle of fluid is in my driveway to prove it. He said, that I had a 12month, 12,000K warranty. Which he didn't honor. I paid him $1900 for the repair. My car has NOT been right since. I have taken my car back more than 4 times and it is still NOT right. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. HE RIPPED ME OFF. DON'T USE HIM AT ALL. I had to hire another transmission shop to correct the wrong that was done. This guy told me that my old transmission was in better shape than the one he installed. Lord HELP TODAY 😇 🙏🏿
