Wren's Collision Center PTC

After receiving positive feedback from others, I chose Wren’s to repair the bumper on my 2025 Lexus ES350. I was especially interested in the highest quality of parts/effort, due to the fact my vehicle was relatively brand new. Wren’s more than met my expectations. Jamie and Steve provided the highest level of customer service from start to finish. I received timely updates along the way, and was provided a closing walkthrough of what was done, including the required diagnostics associated with the safety sensors/features. In summary? Wren’s should be your 1st choice for auto body repairs. Reasonable pricing and stellar customer service.

My baby Magnolia was totaled and Wren's is where she ended up after a horrible experience with Caliber. EVERYONE was UH-MAY-ZING! Denae, Christine, and Jay (the GOAT) were top notch 👌🏽. They're customer service experts. I live in Alabama and had many issues and they went above and beyond for me. These are real, down to earth, easy to talk to, good hearted people. You won't be disappointed. Thank you all so much for EVERYTHING!

Is it possible to rate less than one star?! I was needing a fairly minor cosmetic paint repair to my car and submitted my info on the website to be contacted for a quote. They did promptly call me to schedule but oddly weren’t able to look at my car for a week. When I did finally go to the shop for the quote, they said they had no record of my appointment and that maybe I had called a different location despite the fact they called me to schedule. After some digging, they said that they cancelled it on their end for some reason but “could fit me in”. I only waited about 10 min (after the initial week of waiting for the appointment) and it took the guy less than 5 min to look at my car/take pics to evaluate. He said he would have a quote emailed to me by the end of the day, but as of 3 days later, I still haven’t received a quote. While none of the Wrens employees I dealt with were unfriendly, the customer service is poor and disorganized. If they are unable to handle simple office tasks in an efficient manner, I would be hesitant to leave my car with them for any sort of paint or body work for fear that they would never get to it or possibly just lose my car altogether.

Great service!! My Tesla was fixed in no time and I receive updates throughout the entire process. This was the second time I’ve been here and I definitely recommend!

Terrible experience. My car was here like 3 months. They kept sending me “updates on my car” via text saying I was in “the paint process” then a day before it would be time to pick up my car they would push my date back a wk EVERYTIME. Extremely frustrating. I had to return my rental due to my time running out with the insurance I was paying out of pocket for the rental. They put the wrong bumper on my car I will post photos so u can see. The body work explains itself now that I know they put the wrong bumper on and didn’t even pop the little pins into place, my grill looks like it’s just sitting there on the car. I also received my car back with a check engine light on THAT WAS NOT ON WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. Was told it was my fuel pump which it was not. It’s a part dealing with THE WRONG BUMPER. A griller code or something to do with sensors right behind the bumper. The body work isn’t even flush with my car. They over communicate with you through text that’s the ONLY POSITIVE I will say and the desk lady was very nice. But the overall experience was terrible. Such a disappointment this shop being in Peachtree city I had higher expectations for them. I can stick my fingertips in the gap they left in between my hood n bumper. See the photos to see the difference in the bumpers. Also can see where the grill isn’t even popped in.
