The experience I had was awesome! From the time I checked in until the time I was checked out was amazing! The staff is extremely courteous! They performed the service well and replaced what needed to be maintained for the time being! I would recommend Theo's Automotive to anyone!
View on GoogleWhen I bought my used ML320 from a friend he recommended Theo... Theo guys guys never met leadtime commitments on repairs and every single of their repairs: Radiator, Idling pulley failed within a couple years for a car that was driven less than 10k per year. Everytime I went on site they strongly insisted on brake pads replacements... I finally did it myself. Pads were like new! Car never had troubles anymore after I started to work on it myself. I also caught Theo on scams with some friends I recommended there. (BMW vacuum lines cut) My recommendation is to avoid Theo!
View on GoogleSadly this place is WAY overpriced! They quoted me just over $3000 to change an engine oil cooler for a 2014 VW Jetta sportwagon TDI. After researching it, I found that the part runs $250 and and around $500 in labor. I ended up taking my car to Solo Motorsports in Norcross. They actually provided me photos of all the components that were leaking, which Theo's didn't. Solo Motorsports found that not only was my engine oil cooler leaking, but so was was the oil filter housing. Solo Motorsports quoted me just over $1000 to replace both. During the job they found chaffed wires and damage to the crank position sensor, which is right behind the oil filter housing. The owner called me and said that it needed replacing and that they would only charge for the part because they could change it in a few minutes due to the oil filter housing already being removed. I can't say enough about Solo Motorsports and their honesty. Unlike Solo Motorsports, Theo's seemed to be more interested in milking the customer as much as possible.
