Amazing service for a better price than competitors I’ve been to. I was surprised it actually was 10 minutes! You can stay in your car, and they give $10 off if it’s your first time (along with other discounts) they also have a punch card to earn savings for loyalty too. Great customer service as well - would recommend and will for sure be back!!
View on GoogleWent for simple oil change. Instead the tech drained our transmission fluid and proceeded to add 5qts of oil to our car causing it to over fill. Told us to crank and car went ballistic. Three hours later, car was towed to mechanic and we went home in a crappy rental. A full week of stress for us before we finally got our car back up and running. Mechanic said we were very fortunate not to need a new transmission AND motor. Owner covered costs BUT that did not help with our anxiety and still concern that our vehicle is permanently damaged. Fair warning! And btw, tow truck driver said that our car was NOT the first one he had towed out of there! I most definitely would not recommend using this place.
View on GoogleFirst time. Very nice people. Instead of most companies where they trying to make another sale and not showing or explaining why. The gentleman showed me my air filter that I knew was not replaced since I had the car and I saw him actually pull it out of my car. And showed me that my oil was full ( no one has ever done that). They checked my tire pressure . Didn't time them but I was in and out But Not rushed. Great customer service. He showed that everything and everyone matters.

View on GoogleI’ve been coming to Costa Oil of PTC for about 2 years now. You can always expect top notch customer service when you stop in. I didn’t realize they did Emissions Testing as well, so I was able to knock out two of my errands in one place. I love that they always offer a bottle of water! I highly recommend Costa.
