We made an appointment to go in and have our back brakes looked at today and they took our truck in immediately. No wait at all. We went to grab dinner and they were done when we got back! Very professional and transparent. My husband and I were so grateful to find this place! Thank you so very much!

Amazing service, Amazing professionalism and extremely efficient. They even provide pictures of everything they are working on and provide a breakdown. I was strapped for cash and was approved through Affirm and left with only having to pay a $35 service fee. You can either chose the month payment plan or the 12mo. I chose the 12mo to allow me time to catch up. I Have to give a shout out to Aaron, at the front desk. He was truly helpful, professional and easy to get a hold of, throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t write reviews often, but this one is earned. I had been putting off some needed work on my vehicle and finally had to handle it under a tight deadline. After calling around to several places and not feeling confident about reviews, pricing clarity, or turnaround time, I came across this shop and spoke with Aaron. From the very first phone call, he did something that unfortunately isn’t always common...he let me speak. I explained in detail what I needed, my time crunch, and the concerns I had. He listened fully without interrupting or talking over me. He was clear about what they could do and had me bring the vehicle in. The next morning, I received both a call and a text with a detailed breakdown of everything. While we were on the phone, I was able to review the itemized list exactly as I’d requested. There was one repair mentioned that I wasn’t previously aware of, and given the overall cost, I asked for his honest opinion about whether it could safely wait. He didn’t pressure me. He didn’t dismiss my questions. He thoroughly explained what could happen if I delayed it and gave me straightforward, practical guidance so I could make an informed decision. As a neurodivergent woman, I ask a lot of questions. I need context. I need clarity. I need to understand what I’m paying for and why. I also prefer to handle my own vehicle maintenance rather than defaulting it to my husband. Aaron treated me with respect, answered everything without making me feel silly for asking, and made the entire experience comfortable and transparent. That matters. My vehicle is driving significantly better, and I’m extremely grateful for the professionalism, honesty, and communication I received. If you’re someone who values clear explanations, no pressure, and being treated like a capable adult... this is the place. Highly recommend.

If I could give the shop 6 stars, I would. I've been living here in McDonough for about 5 years now, and anytime I need my car repaired or anything, I go to this shop. They never try to gaslight me, they never try to overcharge me for the services, and they keep their word. They're on time when they tell you that something will be done at a specific time. These guys are good at what they do. I love this shop. Keep up the great work.

I usually go to the 5 minute oil change places, but something in me said to go somewhere that would take there time. It was a recommendation that I go to Southeast Tire and Auto LLC. I called ahead to see if they could see me, and Mr. Aaron was so friendly. I'm glad that I went to them because they found an oil leak and was able to fix it that week. They took good care of me at Southeast and I'll be back for any future mechanical needs!!
