I stopped in for a rear brake replacement service (no appointment necessary). The service advisor Jazmine was very helpful and thorough. The multi point inspection helped to identify another issue I did not remember. The service was fast and very reasonably priced. I will definitely continue with SONS Honda for servicing my cars.

I brought in my Honda Odyssey because I was experiencing a transmission shudder/vibration issue under acceleration. Jasmine was professional, patient, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me updated consistently by text, answered my questions respectfully, and made a stressful situation feel much easier to navigate. The techs performed multiple software/module updates, topped off the transmission fluid, completed a thorough inspection, and helped point me in the right direction WITHOUT pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. After the updates, the van drives dramatically smoother and I’m extremely relieved and thankful. I also appreciated the transparency of the inspection report and the professionalism from start to finish. It’s rare these days to feel like a dealership actually listens and tries to help rather than just sell. Big thank you to Jasmine and the team at Sons Honda McDonough for the excellent customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Sons provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could get my spouse to dialysis and to a scheduled doctor appointment the next day. They were very helpful, accommodating to ensure our needs were met.
